John not only delivered the entire consignment on time as promised, but spent a considerable time in the old barn explaining many finer details of the fitting process to my two builder friends. All of this in addition to sending a detailed list of parts needed, and also making a plan of fitting it all to this ancient edifice. Service like this is so rarely received in these modern times.

Just a note to say THANK YOU
I was going to replace my wood burning stove, but I decided I would get it refurbished first by a professional firm first and then if I found I could not control the output of heat then I would replace the Hwam stove.
But now it has been refurbished by your team after 7 years of use all I can say is I can control the heat and it only burns 4/5 logs in the evening instead of 10/12 logs in the evening.
So once again a big Thank-you to your team
